Terms of use

1. The service

InteriorGPT generates decorating visualisations from photos you provide. Renders are aesthetic proposals, not technical documents: they do not validate dimensions, structural feasibility, or compliance with planning, electrical or plumbing regulations.

2. Subscription and trial

The trial runs 3 days and includes 3 credits. Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription renews automatically at €14.99 per week, or at the annual rate chosen.

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds fall under Apple's and Google's terms, not ours.

3. Your content

You keep every right in the photos you upload. You grant us only the technical licence, limited to the duration of processing, needed to produce the render.

You confirm you hold the rights to the photos you upload and will not upload images of identifiable people without their consent.

4. The renders produced

Generated renders belong to you. Commercial use — property listings, home staging, client presentations — is permitted with an active subscription; renders from the free tool are for personal use only.

5. Prohibited use

Circumventing generation limits, reselling access, automating requests at volume, or uploading illegal, hateful or sexual content. Any of these results in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is capped at the amount paid in the last twelve months, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
