Is there a free tier?
No permanent free tier. The 3-day trial includes 3 credits, which is enough to judge the output on your own rooms. Every generation consumes GPU time billed by the second — an unlimited free offer would not be sustainable.
What happens after the 3 days?
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the weekly subscription starts automatically at €14.99. Your app store sends a reminder before the first charge.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app. Cancelling during the 3-day trial means you are never charged, and you keep access until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own terms, not by us. Use "Report a Problem" on the App Store, or the Google Play refund form.
Does the subscription work across devices?
Yes, on every device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account. Use "Restore purchases" on the second device. An iOS subscription does not transfer to Android.
What is a "credit"?
One credit is one generation. During the trial you get 3. On subscription, renders are unlimited within normal use — an anti-abuse limit applies to automated volume.
Is there a professional plan?
The subscription covers individual professional use — estate agents, home stagers, interior designers. For team use or API access, get in touch.
