Frequently asked questions
Is the tool really free?
Yes — one free render every 24 hours, with no account and no card. The limit exists because every generation consumes GPU time billed by the second.
Do I need an account?
No. The limit is counted server-side by IP address rather than in your browser, so there is nothing to sign in to.
Is my photo kept?
No. It is transmitted encrypted, processed, then deleted immediately after generation. It is never published and never used to train our models.
How is this different from the app?
The app gives unlimited renders, eight space types, twelve styles, layout optimisation and a private gallery. 3-day trial with 3 credits, then €14.99 per week.
Which photo formats are accepted?
JPG and PNG, up to 10 MB. A daylight photo taken from a corner of the room gives far better results than a flash photo.
Can I use the render commercially?
Renders from the free tool are for personal use. Commercial use — property listings, home staging, client presentations — requires a subscription.
