Privacy policy

1. Photos you upload

Your photos are transmitted encrypted (TLS) to our servers, processed to produce a render, then deleted. They are not kept after generation unless you explicitly choose to save a render to your gallery.

We do not use your photos to train or fine-tune our models. We do not publish them and do not share them with third parties beyond the inference provider that runs the generation, which is contractually bound not to retain them.

2. Account data

The app does not require an account to work. If you subscribe, the anonymous purchase identifier issued by Apple or Google is kept so we can restore your access. We never receive your card number or billing address.

3. Analytics

The site uses cookieless analytics with no persistent identifier. No advertising profile is built and no data is sold. That is why you see no consent banner: we set no cookie that would require one.

4. Processors

Site hosting and delivery; an inference provider for image generation; RevenueCat for subscription management; Apple and Google for billing. Each is covered by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.

5. Retention

Uploaded photos: deleted immediately after generation. Saved renders: until you delete them. Technical logs: 30 days. Subscription data: for the life of the subscription plus the statutory accounting retention period.

6. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to support@tryinteriorgpt.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Children

The service is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

Any material change will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
